She returned to Evergreen in 1999 to learn the real estate business with her father (a top Realtor and Managing Broker in Evergreen from 1978-2000), later moving to Denver to continue her career at The Kentwood Company, a prestigious Denver firm, where she worked for ten years. After selling real estate full-time in Denver - followed by a three-year expat adventure in London - Lark and her family chose to return to her 'hometown' of Evergreen.
